- Pre-campaign assessment to determine if a client has in place the right elements (i.e., major individual gift portfolio, volunteer engagement, board "calling power," and a case for support) to consider a campaign.
- Case for support that engages and inspires funders through good story-telling and articulation of the strategic need for the campaign.
- Feasibility and planning studies to reveal perceptions of stakeholders -- donors, board members and volunteers -- about the case for support, campaign objectives, fundraising preparedness, and fundraising potential, all factors which help determine the likelihood for campaign success.
- Campaign planning, management and direction to augment existing client development staff and the campaign is planned and implemented.
